Hi,

I recently changed my password in my google email and there was a prompt from thunderbird to key in the new password. However, it freezes at the splash screen. I keep clicking on the button but it does not go further than this. It worked perfectly fine 2 weeks ago. At the same time, I'd like to add in a new account and this happened as well. Hence, not really working right now. I have enabled the settings in google as my other accounts are all right as long as I don't change my password. Please let me know how to fix this as soon as possible. Thank you!
