We have 12 years of seamonkey email. Can Seamonkey mail import to thunderbird.

We have used Seamonkey for 12 years and keep potentially useful emails, about 2Gigabytes worth. I am considering moving to Thunderbird/Firefox instead of the integrated Seamonkey. Will Seamonkey email data files migrate into Thunderbird?
