I keep getting this 'Your Firefox profile cannot be loaded. It may be missing or inaccessible" although I've used the tips on the support page and deleted it.

I have deleted the profiles, I've followed every 'tip' on the support page and I keep getting this error. I even uninstalled it but keep getting this after downloading.
