the time of emails is changed in thunderbird to an hour later. When logging to email service provider webpage using opera, and firefox, the hour is an hour later too. When trying the same operation with Internet Exporer it does not reflect the difference with time. Contacted email service provider, they are OK. The clock in my PC is OK, correct time zone, NO daylight saving time (not observed in my location)

what timezone are you in? What is your computer showing as your timezone? (do not assume and different jurisdictions in the same timezone can have different settings for things like daylight savings.)

For instance Sydney and Brisbane are in the same international timezone, but have different daylight saving settings.
