Firefox crashes when I access Flash
When I try to watch TV on my computer at https://watch.spectrum.net/livetv Spectrum presents a puzzle piece icon that asks me to turn on Flash. The moment I do, Firefox hangs up and nothing about it works (can't click on anything). I have to go to Task Manager to close it down. I have tried resetting Firefox to no avail.

Note: Windows 8 and Windows 10 have built-in flash players. Are you sure its a flash player? Many websites now use HTML players.
