cant log in to outlook
Up until today I used a shortcut to access my hotmail account....it automatically took me to my inbox. Today that stopped working and when I tried to go to outlook homepage to sign in...it doesnt let me.I click the log in button and it just redirects me back to the homepage,Ive disabled Ghostery and deleted the cache etc but nothing has worked.There is no problem accessing through chrome or safari. I run high sierra

Make sure you are not blocking content.
Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
One issue that seems more common lately is Firefox's Content Blocking. When it is blocking content in a page, a shield icon will appear at the left end of the address bar next to the padlock icon. This article has more info on managing this feature:
Hi, Thanks for your response. I tried starting in safe but but it still didnt make any difference....still couldnt sign in. There is no shield icon showing in the address bar...just the info icon and a lock icon in green. I did look at the blocking content situation but it didnt show anything...im not blocking anything as far as I can see. The actual web address im trying to sign into is https://outlook.live.com/mail/
Start your Computer in safe mode with network support. Then start Firefox. Try Secure websites. Is the problem still there?

Hi.....before doing the safe mode thing I decided to refresh firefox. It worked...I can now access my emails. Thanks
Note that if you use a bookmark to access a specific page then instead navigate to this web page starting with the main page or the sign in page in case there is a problem with this bookmark.
