Good day. Six months ago, I tried to create a Firefox account. But the letter for some reason did not come. I wrote in support, the account was not unblocked. The last hope for understanding. Unblock your account and allow you to confirm your email again.

Never post your email address anywhere, ever.

Had you checked in your email spam/junk folder to see if the confirmation email had been filtered?

I do not understand what is "blocked". Can you quote this fully and separately if this is a message you received from support? Might it be that your email service settings may block incoming mail from senders not in your address book, or some similar criterion? Was your email account closed?

screenshot All folders were checked, for some reason the letter did not reach. And this is not an isolated case. This is not the first time I write, but the problem has not been resolved. Nothing happened in the spam list and there are no deleted confirmation letters. I don’t understand why the employees of the company for so long could not pay attention to my attempts to convey to them the situation with Firefox Sync.
