On the proxy website, Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache.

Warning ! ! This will log you out of sites you're logged in to. You may also lose any settings for that website.

If there is still a problem, Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Did this help?

While you are in safe mode;

Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration in Firefox. Since this feature was added to Firefox it has gradually improved but there are still a few glitches.

hi marco26

Did you try Firefox Safe Mode as FredMcD suggested? That might fix it, if not I suggest also asking your proxy administrator. if that doesn't work, then let us know!

I have tried in safe mode no positive results, I repeat the only problem is using firefox, probably it NOT uses authentication once opened. I work in the IT group, it is not a problem on my pc, the problem is repeated in many machines with windows 10, proxy uses the user and password authentication to log in.

in firefox i have try setting "detect system proxy" or "setting manual proxy by entering ip server proxy user and proxy". authentication is done correctly only when Firefox is opened. after 30 minutes or random all the pages display "refused connect proxies" and does not propose to insert pop-up "user and password
