How do I make a filter case sensitive?

My message filter is not case sensitive. It picks up anything using those letters, regardless of case. How can I change this?

Following the discussion here, I noticed a way to make a filter that acts on the Subject (or a Header) case-sensitive. First, install the FiltaQuilla add-on and check the box for Subject Regex Match in the Options (see picture). Next, restart TB and create a filter such as in the 2nd attached picture. In this example, the rule is to find messages with a Subject containing TEST. Tested in TB 68.5, no pun intended.

It may be possible to extend this to headers such as From or to the Body etc., but that is beyond my knowledge.
