Latest update (74.0.0.7373) does not launch

Well two updates ago I had the problem of firefox not being able to connect to anything on the net. Next update fixed everything. Now with this latest update (v74.0.0.7373) it will not launch at all. Event viewer is telling me this:

And now after launching the older version to share the above comment all of a sudden the newest version is working. Some wild voodoo going on I reckon.
