I have saved e-mails in bookmarks. When I click on one, it says "conversation cannot be loaded".

Firefox doesn't do email.

Perhaps your question pertains to the Thunderbird email application?
If so, let us know and a moderator can move this thread to the Thunderbird support queue.

A number of days ago I wrote about a message in some of my saved bookmarks, that says "this conversation cannot be loaded." It happens usually with e-mails which I can receive, open and send originally. You responded by asking whether I had something called a Thunderbird application. I wrote back and asked what that is. I have never heard of it. I have received no response. Please assist me in this matter and respond. Thank you. By the way I use G Mail.
