Hi,

Is there a way of completely blocking Google and only allowing them to snoop on an ad-hoc basis? I would like to be prompted every time Google wants to sneak in with a yes/no.

I regularly purge cookies and notice Google are regularly setting cookies on my computer despite my not using Google or Youtube. I want total control over this company's intrusion into my privacy. I only use firefox/Duckduckgo when online.

Thank you

Michael

Try installing an open-source (thus hopefully independent) tracking-blocking extension (search for one and choose which one suits your needs) and blacklist all Google's domains. If a site stops working with Google blocking, open the site and disable the extension in a private window on a VPN so no permanent trace remains on your computer or elsewhere.
