Hello, After a recent update to V78.5.1 my profile appears to be missing.

On the Thunderbird main page (Local Folders) all of my folders and messages are missing. If i click on the down arrow next to "Get Messages" It shows my email address but nothing happens when I click on it.

The troubleshooting information page show 2 accounts Account 1, with no server info showing Account 2, appears to be my server info

Starting with the profile manager only shows one account and choosing that doesn't do anything.

The AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird\Profiles folder shows "xxxxxxxx.Restoration Profile". It currently holds around 7GB of data so I'm inclined to think that is my account.

Any help would be appreciated

Thank-you

Hello all, I have searched the support group and tried a bunch of the remedy's found all to no avail. Then last night i saw a random post about a similar issue some people had with v68. Somehow during the update to v78, the file attributes of the entire profile folder were set to "Hidden". All I did was remove that attribute and restarted Thunderbird. Big thanks to user "rene_and_lotje"
