not sending or receiving email question sent in and now I can't get back to answer response
Answer ti sfhowes: I did not change any passwords in Thunderbird. I said the password was changed at Century Link and then my Thunderbird email did not send or receive. I removed passwords in the security section after it didn't work and now all are gone. I'd like to restore the system to what it was if possible. Thanks dle503@q.com

If the password was changed at Centurylink, you have to remove the old one in TB, and then enter the new one when TB is restarted, and check the box in the prompt to have it saved in TB Options.
