Instead, when I click "Get Messages," a Yahoo login screen is presented.

I have not changed any server settings for the TB identity in question. Also, I cannot send any messages using TB for that Yahoo identity.

The login screen is to complete the OAuth2 authentication that should be the authentication method for the incoming and outgoing Yahoo servers. Enter the account password and an oauth:// token will be stored in Saved Passwords. Cookies must be accepted in Options/Privacy & Security for OAuth2 to function.
