That email has been marked as 'Junk', so if that emal is not junk then you click on 'Not Junk' button
re :There is no tab to Identify the email as JUNK, The email has already been marked as Junk that's why it says 'Thunderbird thinks this message is Junk mail'. You do not need a button to say it is Junk - it is already marked as Junk.
If the email is marked as Junk, it will show that yellow message, but where is that 'Junk' email ? It should be in the 'Junk' folder (or 'Spam' folder if using server folders).
If it is not in the 'Junk/Spam' folder then you need to set up the 'Junk Settings' for the account, so Thunderbird knows what to do with those emails.
Note: If you enable the 'Junk Status' column header in the Message List Pane then you would see a yellow/red flame that denotes Thunderbird has marked it as junk. If you click on that 'flame' icon, it removes the Junk status and returns the email to the Inbox.
