onnodige informatie in e-mail onder de kop en boven het bericht.
Als ik een e-mail wil afdrukken krijg ik eerst een hele pagina met "achtergrondinformatie". zie schermafdruk (openen in Paint). ik wil echter alleen de tekst van de e-mail. Als ik een selectie van het bericht maak, dan wordt de verzender en de verzenddatum niet afgedrukt.
Hoe krijg ik al die achtergrondinformatie weg. Relaties zeggen mij dat ik niet goed beveiligd ben, want ze kunnnen door iets aan te klikken zó maar in mijn e-mailaccount. Help!

I am a woman of 76 years old. I was desperate with all the text between the header and the message. I could not get rid of it. I am very thankful for your help. I should never have been able to find the solution on my own. I can write a letter and send e-mails. However, I cannot find the technics under the hood. Many thanks again. I am completely happy now.
