I cannot access my online banking account, the only thing I can think of is since I have been getting Need for Firefox updates, I want to try that (the only suggestion the bank could make is to use only goggle. I really do not want to do that, but if I cannot get this upgrade to work I will not have a choice. Kathyann

Please explain the problem in detail. What happens? What are the exact error messages?

Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
