I can't log onto my bank. I've cleared cookies, and get the message " For security reasons, your session has ended. Log in again."

Do you get that message when you try to log in? If not, what happens when you try to log in?
Yes Terry, I get the message when I try to log in. The site thinks a little then sends the "for security reasons, your session has ended. Log in again." I talked to my bank last week, and they said to delete cookies which I did, but still get the same message when I try to log in. I can get on via Edge. Thanks for your help.
