Firefox on desktop, Focus on Android ... Can these be synced?

In profile on Desktop, my phone doesn't even show up as one of my devices with Firefox browser, tho it's been on there for years. So long, I'd forgotten I'd chosen Focus. Is it so private even Firefox doesn't know about it?

Does syncing require that I ALSO download Firefox ADHD in order to sync with my desktop?

It is not possible to sync data with Firefox Focus. If you wish to use Firefox Sync on your mobile device, I recommend that you try Firefox for Android.
