I used to use Nimbus Screen Capture, until it started having issues with the latest Firefox configuration.

It was capable of allowing the user to create a template to customize screen capture title.

Is there any way to do this for the Firefox built-n screenshot tool?

No, that isn't possible, the title is hard coded and can't be customized.
