I have used Thunderbird for many, many years with my @cox.net email addresses with no problems. Recently Cox moved all their email to Yahoo servers. I have followed all the instructions for accessing email on the Yahoo servers using Thunderbird and have triple checked all the settings, but I still cannot download the emails. I get 2 messages: "Sending of password for user colorcreations@cox.net did not succeed. Mail server pop.mail.yahoo.com responded: [SYS/TEMP] Server error - Please try again later." and: "Login to server pop.mail.yahoo.com with username colorcreations@cox.net failed." asking to retry, enter new password, or cancel. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this problem. I cannot be the only Thunderbird user having this problem.
