I had to reinstall my win11. I restart my mozilla password because I have forgotten it but after login there is nothing to sync so all my bookmarks and passwords are gone. Is there any option to sync it again?

There nothing much anyone user here can do at this point since sync cleared out the data that was in previous Firefox sync. If you didn't backup the profile and data/bookmarks when you login with new sync it clears sync data from before to match new one if it's empty then it will save empty sync and data before is gone.
