Did you clear your browser cache? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/clear-cookies-and-site-data-firefox
I have the same issue. Fully up to date Firefox with NO extensions activated. It was like this upon my very first Google Maps search and every one in sequence afterward. Yes, cookies and cache cleared, no extensions, stock install.
Can you advise on a fix?
You can check the Web Console for messages related to WebGL.
I have the same issue with Google Maps. I just cleared the cache, have no extensions enabled. The WebGl keeps repeating: WebGL warning: texSubImage: Texture has not been initialized prior to a partial upload, forcing the browser to clear it. This may be slow. WebGL warning: texSubImage: Tex image TEXTURE_2D level 0 is incurring lazy initialization. WebGL warning: texSubImage: Texture has not been initialized prior to a partial upload, forcing the browser to clear it. This may be slow. WebGL warning: deleteBuffer: `obj` is from a different (or lost) WebGL context. 3 WebGL warning: <Present>: Swap chain surface creation failed. WebGL context was lost.
The same kind of things happen when I try to edit a photograph on Flickr.com.

It seems that this kind of interactive content does not work. It works fine in Edge etc. My FF-version is 128.7.0esr (32-bits)
