When I click on a link a new window opens directing to Google.com

more options

At first it was redirecting me to http://results.google-analytics.com/ and now its just Google.com. Before this happened I was using Firefox in Private Browsing and the last thing that was installed in my PC was Microsoft Silverlight. Note: The current tab goes to which ever link I clicked but another window opens. If I do not close that window no more new ones open up.

If you close Firefox, then start Firefox in Safe Mode, does the problem still occur? For instructions on starting in Safe Mode, see Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode.
