I need to import my address book from my old Yahoo account to AOL and Windows Live. I cannot find a way to do this.

Sorry, Firefox doesn't do email, it's strictly a web browser, and thus has no use for an Address Book.

If you are using Firefox to access your mail, you are using "web-mail". You need to seek support from your service provider or a forum for that service.
