Why can I see all my passwords when I am not signed in?
Through Tools>Options>Security>Saved Passwords I can see all my passwords without being signed in. Not very secure.

Are you using the Master Password feature in Firefox? https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Protecting+stored+passwords+using+a+master+password
