It appeared on the FireFox add-on list and there it sat until I read about it by doing a search. Windows MS Essentials deleted it - sort of, and I disabled it from the add-on list of FireFox. However, it is sitting my my C drive and won't let me delete it. Since the inception of this problem my computer has been re-directing itself and running about 10-20% normal speed.
