I had the 'ask' toolbar and I disabled it, now I've lost the navigation toolbar, and I want it back, I've no idea how to do it, can someone help me please, as I would like the 'File, Tools, etc back, that way I an delete by browsing history to be deleted, HELP j62

For details of how to restore the menus, see the menu bar is missing article. Once the menu bar is back, use the View>Toolbars menu option as shown in the above article to get back the other Navigation toolbar back.
