since upgrading to Firefox 4 the usual locker in het corner right down does not appeap in cas I open a secured page. Why not?

When for instance I wanted to open my private banking account via a secured internet page there always appeared a padlock in the right down corner of the page. Since todays' upgrading to Firefox 4 het does not appear anymore.Is this normal with Firefox 4 or is it a problem?
