How do I find the headers that were previously at the top of a page such as "file" "view" "edit" "tools" "help" I cannot locate them anywhere on the new Firefox

If you have the orange Firefox button instead of the classic menu bar, you can display menus temporarily by tapping the Alt key or pressing F10. To make that permanent, choose View > Toolbars > Menu Bar.
