FF 5 starts with a visable comptability control Japanese Tattoo's and then the startscreen has 2 tabs one with Firefox 'whats new'

Every time when I click on the Firefox button, first I have a small window with comptability control Japanese Tatoos, when this window disappears I have the startup screen with 2 tabs. Tab 1, whats new Firefox 5, tab 2 the supposed start screen. I already removed Firefox from my laptop and reinstalled FF 5, but the problem stayed. please help

Problem solved. I cancelled the add-on (theme) Japanese Tattoo completely from my PC. Also the java script.
