Since a recent Firefox upgrade, I have a section of one of my online banking sites that will no longer open....says it is being blocked by Firewall. Wasn't a problem before I upgraded a few days ago.
One of my online banking sites runs contests to win cash from time to time to encourage use of the site. Prior to a recent upgrade of Firefox, I had no problem opening the necessary pages. I am now being told that those particular sites are being blocked by my Firewall. The area in question is basically a "flag" you click on to guess which of three "umbrellas" you want to open for a chance to win money. These flags are located in various parts of the online banking site; i.e., make a payment, transfers, summary, etc.

I can only guess because I've never seen such a message...
Does it help if you completely turn off Firefox's pop-up window blocker?
orange Firefox button or Tools menu > Options > Content > uncheck Block pop-up windows
You might want to check with the bank's tech support in case they've run into this before.
THANK YOU! UNCHECKING POP-UPS WORKED.
You probably will want to turn it back on when you go browsing around other sites. There are still a lot of annoying pop-ups on the web.
