Hi

i've just installed Firefox 6 and rebooted my machine. I have Windows 7 Home edition. My Speed Dial extension now doesn't work, when i put in a number into the address bar e.g. 7, it just says "Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at 7."

ok thanks i'll give it a go.

How come in Add-ons Manager i have "Update Add-ons Automatically" checked and i'm not getting the update? Also i choose "Check for Updates" and it says "No updates found" ?

I am aware this update functionality doesn't work for plugins, but does it not work for extensions either? If not, what does it actually apply to?

ps the new version of speed dial works fine in ff6 - thanks for the link.

As the original problem is solved, i'll create a new thread for the Check for Updates fault.

Hi. Why is Firefox still not picking up the version 0.9.6.2 when update add-ons automatically is set? I am aware that a new release has to be approved first but 0.9.6.1 is broken, 0.9.6.2 fixes it and over a month later the new version isn't be picked up.
