How do I remove a misspelled username from the selection list?

When I go to log in to my web-based email, the listbox that pops up when I start typing has a misspelling of my username in it. How do I find and remove that misspelling without losing all of my other correct spellings?

  • Click the (empty) input field on the web page to open the drop down list
  • Highlight an entry in the drop down list
  • Press the Delete key (on Mac: Shift+Delete) to remove it.
  • Tools > Options > Security: Passwords: "Saved Passwords" > "Show Passwords"
