What more is there to say? Firefox does not open; Restore or Start new Session go nowhere. Close program does nothing. All I get is a white screen; the chat room in supposed to be open, but it is closed. I posted a question, received no response, and was asked to respond to nothing. There is no phone number, no chat room, and the information is useless. Nice work.
