How do I disable the roll-over links/tags on the browser?

I just updated to 6.0.2 version, and now when I rollover links on websites a little box pops up with the entire link address. How do I disable this feature? (By searching the support questions, I see people asking about fixing it when it disappears, but I don't care for the feature and want it to go away.)
