Can I block RoadRunner ads? My Tools option does not seem to do it.

When I access RR mail, I keep getting ads for Men in Schenectady (or Women in Schenectady). I've tried to block them (Match.com), but does not seem to. RR says that I can't stop their ads.

I'm almost 71, happily married - I have no interest in men (most certainly NOT!), nor in other women. I take offense. Can I permanently stop this? Perhaps others, too?
