Firefox 13 tab thumbnails are blank and no solutions work.

I've tried clicking the thumbnails and waiting for the page to load completely, made sure “always use private browsing mode” and “clear history when Firefox closes” aren’t selected in privacy setting, browser.cache.disk.enable is true in about:config. I've even tried clearing the cache and deleting org.mozilla.firefox.plist in the preference library (I'm on a Mac).
