if I understand you correctly, you can not download (I guess "upload" is a typo) Firefox installation from within your current browser, which seems to be Internet explorer? Where do you try to dowload Firefox from? follow the steps in firefox on windows and let me/us know how far you get.

Can you attach a screenshot?

Use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot.
