Real Downloader won't work anymore. Why?

I have RealDownloader add-on listed in both the extension section and the plugin section of the add-on manager. When viewing a video the tab "Download this video" will appear above the screen as normal. But when I click on the tab nothing happens. It will not activate. Is this a problem with Firefox or should I be talking to the folks at www.real.com?
