B lock site is preventing me from opening Firefox so how do I delete or close Block site or remove Firefox from it.

I was in Yahoo groups and attempted to block a newsletter site. Block Site has now blocked Firefox. When I try to get to my home page I get a new tab, not my home page. I cannot open anything in Firefox. How do I fix this? Thanks.

Can you get to the Firefox Add-ons manager using either of these once you get the blank tab:

  • orange Firefox button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons
  • Ctrl+Shift+a

If you click the Extensions category on the left, you should be able to disable or remove Blocksite. It might also have an Options button to let you edit your block list.
