Internet Explorer works fine. When I use Fire Fox only AT&T classic email will work. Even when you click on switch to the new AT&T email doesn't switch. Down loaded Fire Fox twice. Still doesn't work.

Does the site state that the current Firefox release is supported?

Clear the cache and cookies only from websites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

  • Firefox/Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Firefox/Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).

  • Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window.

What do you mean it doesn't work? What happens when you try to load it?

Email works. Can't switch to the NEW AT&T version. It doesn't switch, stays Classic.. But if Internet Explore is the browers then it uses the new AT&T email. What is blocking it or stopping the change?
