I keep getting an error message E5110 that the message is identified as spam every time I attempt to include any of the following web site addresses either in text or as an attachment: www.operationveteranempowerment.com www.opvetempower.com www.ultimatefinacingguide.com None are spam. Please respond immediately given the necessity to continuously communicate these sites to those who desperately need the information arrays contained therein. Charter claims it is your site which is causing the problem and to take it to your doorstep??? Thank you W. Wollesen, President

Chosen solution

This is certainly not related to Thunderbird.

You may check Charter for more information (e. g. https://m.charter.com/views/helpEmail_ClientErrorMessages.aspx). However, at least one of the sites you mention produces an error. You'd have to correct that first.

Web designer checked site with readings below: Seems to clear so why are spam filters activating? Problem still exists. WW

Thank you for the suggestions. Unfortunately the indicated steps had already been investigated. I have this morning narrowed it down to one single address (www.operationveteranempowerment.com) that continues to prompt a spam error message and will not transmit. The web designer has double checked and all appears normal and with parameters. That leaves Charter for next stop (address will not transmit from either Charter e-mail site or from Thunderbird) seeming to indicate that whatever is going on lies with the Charter spam filter. The question is how and why? Will be talking to them directly this early AM. Thank you again. I will report back. WW

Spam problem traced back directly to spam filter within Charter. Currently awaiting their correction to eliminate the problem permanently - a work in progress!!!!
