I have accessed this site many times. They have sent me a proof copy of our manuscript and I only have a short time in which to make corrections. I must have access to the site to complete the tasks.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
