Here's a list of all the Flash crashes on OSX Mavericks 10.9.3, Firefox 29.0.1 and Flash 13.0.0.214. Hardware acceleration disabled in Flash and in Firefox. (Believe me, I've tried just about everything short of a reset)

As you can see, this is happening WAY too frequently.

Have you started a bug report?

Done: Bug 1015442

Though, I'm not sure why I should be filing one if this support forum is actually collecting more information (via the Troubleshooting extension) that I've submitted in Bugzilla. I cross-referenced this entry in the bug.

Did you try a new profile?

Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problem.

See "Creating a profile":

If the new profile works then you can transfer files from a previously used profile to the new profile, but be cautious not to copy corrupted files to avoid carrying over the problem

Try to set the Flash plug to click-to-play by setting the permissions for Flash to "Ask To Activate" in "Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Plugins". That way you can activate the Flash plugin when you need it via the Lego block icon on the location bar.
