I share my desktop with my sons. I can't remember my password. It prompts me to reset my password by going to my floppy disc drive. I don't know where to find that and neither do my children. How can I change my password?

Chosen solution

It sounds like you are unable to log into your computer. This is unrelated to the use of Firefox on your computer. If your sons changed the password then you would need to see if they can recall what it was changed to.

It is possible a site dedicated to supporting your operating system can help you regain access to your computer. http://forums.windowsforum.org/index.php?showforum=63
