Keep receiving same e-mail message, is blocking other e-mail

A coworker sent me an email message yesterday. Now, all I can get is this message - appears to be stuck in some sort of continuous loop. It shows up as new mail every time I click "get mail". I have been able to send e-mail, just cannot receive it with Thunderbird. Any ideas?
