Hi NUCLEAR-WAR, I understand the frustration, and it is not intentional to withhold data from anyone. However I have only seen this happen when a user moves from the old account to the new sync.

Were you previously on the older sync? If so, you can Install an older version of Firefox and download the data from the old sync account. Please make a copy of the profile locally so that no data is lost. The you can use the new sync with these instructions: Sync your Firefox bookmarks, history, passwords and more if you so choose to.

If that is not the case and you already have all the data on the local machine, it is possible to create a new account. Even though this is not ideal, all of the data will be in the profile folder: Back up and restore information in Firefox profiles
