my toolbar for roboform has disappeared

I have the most recent firefox 32.0.1 and updated Roboform. I contacted Roboform and it's not a problem at their end. I get the message "Roboform Toolbar library can not be loaded. Error: couldn't oopen libarary/Users/my name/library/Application Support/RoboForm/RoboForm.app/Contests/Resources/rf-firefox-plugin.plugin

I figured it out. My Firefox was running with 32 bits so I unchecked it and it works now.
